1:15 p.m. - Free Diabetes and Exercise Seminar (registration required) University of St. Thomas, St. Paul Campus
4:00 p.m. – Kids Ride with the Athletes – In conjunction with the seminar, pledging supporters are invited to join Olympian Chris Jarvis, along with Ironman Triathletes Amanda Parish and Peter Nerothin for a segment of Team Insulindependence’s 175-mile Weekend Tour. (More info / Get involved.) |

6:30 a.m. - Minnesota Ironman Bike Ride, Lakeville High School. All type-ones encouraged to join and/or cheer on Team Insulindependence during Minnesota’s most heralded century ride.
10:00am – 1:00pm - French Toast Benefit Breakfast, St. Peter VFW.
2:00 p.m. - Post Race Wrap-Up: beverages and snacks, meet the team and volunteers Lakeville High School.
