"Lara Soukoreff, of Calgary Alberta, is an active figure skating coach and 'retired' camp counsellor. Her love of adventure, fitness and the outdoors, combined with 14 years of diabetic experience, brought her together with Insulindependence in the Spring of 2007 for the Missouri River Expedition with Peter and Stacy. In the Fall of 2007, Lara ran her first 10 Mile in the Twin Cities. Her passion for kids and camping continues as she leads the 2008 IronKiDz adventure with Noah Moore."
